Custom crosshair cursor with tracking, and link hover effects.

Default

Move the pointer over the stage and hover the link to see the noise distortion. With Cursor Container set to Viewport the crosshair spans the whole page, with Targeted it stays inside the stage.

Crosshair

`containerRef`	`HTMLElement \| null`	`null`	Optional container element to limit the crosshair to. If null, the crosshair is active on the entire viewport.
